No Parking on ANY grassed area, otherwise damage will occur to the landscape and irrigation system and will result in a fine for the driver of the offending vehicle and could result in your vehicle being towed away.
Windsor Palms is a Tow Away Zone and does not permit the overnight parking of the following vehicles inside this community: Motor Homes, Recreational Vehicles, Buses, Boats, Trailers and Commercial Trucks.
BETWEEN 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM ARE QUIET HOURS in the community, NO activities or events are allowed during these night time hours which will offend or disturb our guests. These activities include people celebrating their vacation without any concern for their neighbors during the quiet hours.
You and your family must adopt socially acceptable behavior at all times. Please remember that Windsor Palms is a Family Vacation Resort Community for the enjoyment of everybody, Residents, Owners & Guests alike.
This attendant may not leave the gatehouse to perform security services inside the community.
Guests should call the Osceola County Sheriff Department at the emergency number 911 or the non-emergency number of (407) 348-2222 to report any nuisance.
The guest must describe the disturbance and where it originates, in order to request law enforcement assistance. The Osceola County Sheriff Deputy should respond quickly and resolve the disturbance effectively.
The guests may also call the Windsor Palms gatehouse at (321) 401-1209 to report the disturbance and request Law enforcement.
GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS
- Age requirements… Please refer to the specific activity for information on age requirements.
- All age requirements will be strictly enforced. It is the duty and responsibility of the member or guest to become familiar with these requirements and to cooperate in the enforcement thereof.
- Dress Code… Proper attire is to be worn at all times in accordance with acceptable practice for the particular facility. Shirt, Cover-up and shoes must be worn at all times while in the Clubhouse proper. Appropriate attire and footwear must be worn while in the Fitness Center.
- The hours of operation may be adjusted seasonally as usage dictates.
- Parents will be responsible for the conduct of their children at all times.
- Members AND GUESTS using the facility are responsible for leaving it clean after its use.
- The cost of replacing any property that is broken, damaged or removed by a member or guest, shall be charged to the member or guest concerned.
- Wagering is not permitted while engaging in any activity in the clubhouse.
- NO pets shall be permitted anywhere in the Clubhouse, the tennis courts or in and around the pool or on the common areas immediately adjacent to these facilities.
Pets are not allowed at the clubhouse or surrounding amenity areas.
Members and guests use the fitness Center at your own risk. It is strongly recommended that you consult your physician prior to beginning any exercise program.
Age requirement: Children under 18 and younger are not permitted in the workout room unless escorted and under the direct supervision of their parent(s) or an accompanying adult.
Everyone using the Fitness Center is required to bring a towel to wipe the equipment dry after use.
All radios, CD’s, etc. are required to have a set of headphones when listening to audio programming.
Tennis or soft-soled athletic shoes must be worn at all times in the Fitness Center. Bare feet are strictly prohibited.
Tank tops, jeans, cut-off shorts and bathing suits are not permitted attire in the Fitness Center. Under no circumstances will men be permitted in the Fitness Center bare Chested.
POOLSWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK – NO LIFEGUARD IS ON DUTY

Members, their families and Guests shall have the right to use the Pool at any time it is open. The operating hours are from 8:00AM TO 10:00PM.
Age requirement: Children under the age of 18 are NOT permitted at the pool unless under the direct supervision of their parents or accompanying adult.
A shower must be taken prior to entering the pool. Suntan oils and body lotions clog the pool filter and drain. These products must be removed before entering the pool. All persons using the pool must have a towel.
No glass is allowed in the pool or anywhere around the pool area or deck and No running, pushing or boisterous play is permitted on the pool deck.
ALL radios, CD’s, etc., are required to have a set of headphones when listening to audio programming.
Persons with open sores, cuts or communicable diseases may not enter the pool.
Diapered age children MUST wear swim diapers in the pool.
Food or drinks must be kept a minimum of 10 feet back from the pool edge.
Floats may only be used if not creating a nuisance for other bathers.
TENNIS AND BASKETBALL COURTS
Owners, their families and guests shall have the right to use the Courts at any time they are available.
The operating hours are from 8:00AM until 10:00PM. Lights will be accessible via a timer and can be set for one hour intervals. Tennis racquets, tennis balls & basketballs are available from the attendant in the Sundry Shop.
No food will be permitted on the courts. Courts are not to be used for any purpose other than to conduct a game of tennis or basketball respectively.
Age requirement: Children under 18 years of age and younger must be accompanied by and directly supervised by their parents.
Tennis & Basketball Dress Code: Tennis shoes must be worn at all times. Black-soled shoes or jogging shoes are not allowed.
Men’s attire shall consist of: tennis shorts, shirts and/or appropriate warm-up suits. Under no circumstances will male players be permitted to play bare-chested.
Women’s attire shall consist of: tennis shorts, skirts or appropriate warm-up suits. Bathing suits are not permitted.
Court Reservations: Reservations are not necessary as courts are used on first come, first serve basis. Please be prepared to relinquish the court when others are waiting after one hour’s play.
Lights shall be turned off after use. For safety and enjoyment of others, NO excessive noise, racquet throwing, ball abuse or profanity. Do not lean or climb on nets.
Regulation volleyball court is also available. Please do not hold on or hang on to the net. Balls are available from the Sundry Shop attendant.
Play area is reserved for children under 12 year’s of age. All Children must be under the direct supervision of an adult at all times.
BE CAREFUL! Use of Playground equipment is at your own risk.
No rough playing on equipment. Use Play equipment properly. Please do not jump off of equipment.
NO GLASS CONTAINERS OR FOOD IS PERMITTED IN PLAY AREA.
No bare feet – proper footwear must be worn.
Multiple grills are provided for your enjoyment. They require charcoal (either regular charcoal or packaged briquettes). You will need to provide your own implements.
Trash containers are provided as well as containers for used charcoal.
Picnic tables are also provided. Please make sure to clean them off when finished and dispose of all refuse in the containers provided.
