We have digital ready TVs. Do we still need the DTA adapters for cable service?
Yes, you still need the equipment because the signal sent to the property is encrypted and the equipment lets you watch the tv.

You can always get the adapters sent to you through the mail or pick them up at the Comcast office.

What is the difference between the adapter and the cable box?
If you order a cable box, your guests will be able to watch on demand. The adapters will allow regular programming. I believe you can put a pin number on the boxes but I don’t know for sure. The installers will have that information.
Does the Association office offer business services?
Yes, the Association office is open 8:30-5:00 Monday -Friday and closed on weekend and holidays. The phone number to reach the Association office is 407-390-1991. Fax services are available during business hours for a nominal fee. The office also has Notary Public services available.
What about the Sundry Shop? What are the hours and items available?
Our newly expanded Sundry Shop is open to all guests and residents 7 days a week from 8:00am-10:00pm. It is located in the Clubhouse. You can reach the Sundry Shop staff by calling 407-396-0652. We offer many items like Snacks, coffee/tea, soda, groceries, newspapers , postage, phone cards, Disney gifts, swim items and more. And remember we sell beer and wine in the store now too.
Is there Wi-Fi available at the resort?

Yes, internet is available at the clubhouse and pool area.  Service is used at your own risk.

Is there a place that I can go to get information about resort events & information besides the website?
Yes, we have a community channel that is updated daily with information which is on channel 998.
Do you sell tickets to area attractions?
No, however; any of our staff at the Clubhouse can answer any questions you have about tickets, parks, area information or feel free to call them at 407-390-1991. You may also want to contact Kissimmee Guest Services (KGS) at 1-877-273-5636. They sell tickets to the parks, dinner shows, etc.
Do you accept mail packages?
Yes, you may have small packages mailed to the Clubhouse and pick them up when they arrive. Packages can be mailed to 2300 Wyndham Palms Way Kissimmee, Fl 34747. Put your name on the package. Our space is limited so please be mindful of size and quantity of packages sent.
When are quiet hours for the resort?
Quiet hours for the resort are between 11:00pm – 7:00am.
What are hours for the pool, clubhouse or other amenities?
The hours of operation for the Sundry Shop are between 8:00AM to 10:00PM.
The Clubhouse, Gameroom and Gym are open 8AM until 10:30PM.
The Pool and Sport Courts are open 8AM until 10:00PM.
The Tiki Bar has seasonal hours so call ahead. Check out the Property Update page for a copy of the current Tiki Bar menu.
